Your itemized receipt and pick up notification will always be sent to the email address used to create your Tide Cleaners account. Please check your contact information within our app to verify your contact information is up to date.

If your contact information is correct within our system, please check your spam inbox to see if our emails are being redirected there. If so, please add Tide Cleaners to your contacts to avoid missing any notifications from us moving forward.
