Once you receive your order retrieval information, follow the below steps depending on the type of boxes located in your building. Please note your order may not be delivered to the same box chosen when you submitted your order, and the code you used to lock the box will be different as well.
Please ensure you are following the below steps:
Enter the four-digit code provided via text message or email
Turn the silver knob clockwise.
Pull the silver knob towards you to open the box.
If your location has our boxes with the ZEPHYR handle, please ensure you are following the below steps:
Enter the four-digit code provided via text message or email.
Press the middle button that says "ZEPHYR" on the handle.
Pull the handle towards you to open the box.
If you're not able to retrieve your order by following the above instructions, there may have been a human error, which we apologize for. Please reach out to us, and we'll send a driver to reset your box as soon as possible.
