We try our very best to return all your items to you with our high-quality standards and your satisfaction in mind, by performing multiple quality control checks before sending any orders out for delivery.

With the immense number of orders, we receive on a daily basis; mistakes are bound to happen once in a while. With no questions asked, we will always take back any items you feel did not receive the proper care and reprocess them free of charge.
